Order and delivery questions
Tracking numbers are emailed the moment a parcel leaves our facility. If a tracking link has not moved in 48 hours, contact [email protected] with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Specifications and certification
Every product page carries the full specification: material, tolerance, capacity and operating range. For anything not listed — chemical compatibility, autoclave cycles, EN standards, safety data sheets or drawing files — ask and we will send it.

Custom 3D-printed parts
Our in-house printing facility produces bespoke storage, organisation and handling parts in small runs. Send a sketch, a drawing or just a description of the problem, and we will come back with a proposed approach, a price and a lead time.

Bulk and account pricing
Gloves, tips, tubes and PPE are cheaper by the case, and cheaper again on a standing order. Tell us what you get through in a month and we will quote against it.

Returns and replacements
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Anything that arrives damaged or out of tolerance is replaced immediately, at our cost, without needing the original back first.
