01
Dispatch
In-stock equipment, labware, consumables and PPE ordered before 14:00 dispatch the same working day. Items we manufacture ourselves are printed to order, which adds one to three working days depending on the part.
02
Rates
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout from weight and destination. Orders over £150.00 ship free on the standard service. Expedited options are offered at checkout where the carrier supports them.
03
Glassware and fragile items
Borosilicate glassware ships double-boxed with moulded inserts. If a fragile item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging as it arrived and we will replace it without a return.
04
Returns
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sterile consumables cannot be returned once the outer seal is broken, for reasons we hope are obvious.
